Privacy Policy — Fruity Drop

This Privacy Policy describes how Fruity Drop: Merge Puzzle ("Fruity Drop", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile game on iOS and Android. Fruity Drop is a fully offline game: it does not require an account, does not connect to the internet, and does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

By installing or using Fruity Drop you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

1. Who we are

2. Summary at a glance

  • We do not collect any personal data. Not your name, email, location, contacts, identifiers, or usage data.
  • We do not require an account, sign-in, or any registration.
  • The App does not connect to the internet. All game data stays on your device.
  • There are no ads, no analytics, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no in-app purchases.
  • We do not sell, share, or transfer any data, because we have none.
  • You can erase everything the App has stored by deleting the App from your device.

3. Data stored on your device

Fruity Drop saves a small amount of game data locally so the game works as expected. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us:

  • Game progress — the current run (fruits in the glass, score, queue) so you can continue a game after closing the App.
  • Statistics — best score, games played, number of merges, biggest fruit reached.
  • Settings — sound, music, vibration, aim-line, wallpaper theme, and interface language.

You can reset your statistics from the App's Settings screen. Uninstalling the App permanently removes all of the above.

4. Data we do not collect

The App does not collect, process, or transmit:

  • personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number, device identifiers, advertising identifiers);
  • location data;
  • contacts, photos, microphone or camera data;
  • usage analytics, diagnostics, or crash reports;
  • purchase or payment information;
  • any data about children or from children.

The App does not request any device permissions beyond what is needed to run a game (screen, sound, and haptic feedback).

5. Third-party services

Fruity Drop does not integrate any third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or social features. It is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play; those platforms process your download and installation under their own privacy policies:

6. Children's privacy

Fruity Drop is a casual puzzle game suitable for all ages and is rated for everyone. Because the App collects no data at all, it collects no data from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, regardless of age.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Since Fruity Drop does not collect or hold any personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our side. All data the App uses lives on your device and is under your control. 8. Security

All game data is stored locally in the App's private storage on your device, protected by the operating system's sandboxing. Because no data is transmitted, there is no data in transit to protect. You are responsible for keeping your device and its OS secure.

9. Changes to this policy

If a future version of Fruity Drop starts using services that process data (for example, optional rewarded ads or online leaderboards), we will update this Privacy Policy before that version is released, revise the "last updated" date above, and describe exactly what changes. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
