Line Duty

Draw routes, keep them apart

Coming soonFree · iOS & Android

Features

  • One finger, one line

Drag a unit and draw its path. It follows the line and erases it behind; lead it into its gate and let go.

  • Colour and shape

Four colours, four glyphs — circle, square, triangle, diamond — on every unit and its gate, so colour-blind players are never guessing.

  • Near misses warn you

A red ring with "!" appears when two units get too close. Touching, a wrong gate or drifting past the bases ends the run.

  • Five themes

Metro squares, city buses, aquarium fish, anthill ants and garden ladybugs — each with its own gates, background and animation.

  • Bonuses on the field

Freeze everyone for three seconds, take a shield, double your points, or let autopilot drive a unit home.

  • Offline and quiet

No account, no ads, no purchases, no tracking. Runs are saved when you leave and resumed from the menu.

Line Duty is a one-finger arcade about dispatching traffic. Units of four colours roll in from the top and drive down on their own. You draw a route for each one and lead it into the gate of its colour at the bottom. The line erases behind the unit as it goes, so the field stays readable no matter how many routes you have running. Two units touching, a wrong gate or a unit drifting past the bases ends the run. Every delivery makes the traffic a little faster and a little denser.

Why we built it

We wanted a traffic-control game that respects the finger. Routes dock into their gates as soon as you reach them, so you never have to hold a line to the pixel. Bases catch a unit that touches them and only punish a unit that actually drives into the wrong one. When a route ends, the unit simply heads down instead of sliding off somewhere you didn't expect. And it had to be quiet: no account, no ads, no purchases, nothing collected — a game for a queue or a coffee break that you can close mid-run and pick up later.

What's inside

  • Draw and dock. Drag a unit, draw its path, lead the line into its gate. A new line on a unit replaces the old one.
  • Four colours, four glyphs. Circle, square, triangle and diamond on every unit and gate — a second channel for colour-blind players.
  • Warnings that mean something. A dashed red ring with "!" when two units get close; a collision, a wrong gate or a miss past the bases ends the run. One free continue per run.
  • Five themes. Metro (dark), City with rotating buses and parking bays, Aquarium with fish, grottos and rising bubbles, Anthill with ants and mounds, Garden with ladybugs and leaves. Switch from the main menu; the whole app recolours.
  • Bonuses. Hexagons appear on the field: Freeze, Shield, Points ×2, Autopilot. Indicators under the score show what is active.
  • Save and continue. Leave to the menu or close the app — the menu offers Resume with your score.
  • How to play. A five-step tutorial on first launch, always available from Settings.
  • Statistics. Best score, runs, units delivered — with a reset.
  • Two languages. English and Русский.
  • Offline, no account, no ads, no purchases, no tracking. Nothing leaves your device.

What's next

Line Duty is coming to the App Store and Google Play. We're tuning speeds and spawn rates on real devices and finishing the sounds before release.
