Jarly
A jar of warmth for two
Features
Jars that fill with kindness
Mark a kind act — your partner confirms it, and a heart drops into your jar. A 7-per-month cap keeps every heart meaningful.
An acts shop you can extend
Built-in kind acts plus your own custom ones priced 1–3 hearts. Your list is personal — your partner only sees what you claim.
Moods you don't have to guess
A slider with a living smiley and what-I-need chips. Your partner's mood updates on their jar in real time.
Wishes with photos and prices
Photos, links, categories, price with currency — and secret wishes that only you can see, enforced on the server.
A real way to make peace
Each of you writes a sealed letter in private using gentle I-statement prompts. Letters open strictly at the same time — nobody reads first.
Just the two of you
A private space for one pair, synced in real time. No ads, no tracking, no feed — nothing to scroll except each other.
Jarly («a jar of warmth») is a tiny shared space for a couple. You link with your partner once, and from then on your care has a visible shape: kind acts become hearts in a jar, moods are shared instead of guessed, wishes stop getting forgotten, and even arguments get a gentle, structured way to end.
Why we built it
Most couple apps are either chore trackers or greeting-card fluff. We wanted something in between: an app that makes the small, everyday warmth visible — the flowers, the apologies, the "I noticed you were tired" — without turning the relationship into a to-do list. The jar metaphor felt right: warmth accumulates, you can see it filling up, and once a month it starts fresh.
What's inside
- Two jars of hearts. You mark a kind act, your partner confirms it, and a heart drops into your jar — up to 7 a month, so each one counts.
- An acts shop. Built-in acts plus your own custom ones priced 1–3 hearts.
- Mood sharing. A slider with a living smiley, "what I need" chips, and your partner's mood in real time.
- Wishes. Photos, descriptions, links, prices with currency, categories — and secret wishes nobody but you can see, not even on the server side of your pair.
- "Let's make peace." Each partner writes a letter in private with I-statement prompts. Letters are sealed and open strictly simultaneously — the server guarantees nobody reads first. A "step towards" from warm acts drops a heart into each jar.
- Two themes. Hers (warm) and His (calm) — the app retints itself to whoever is holding it.
- Private by design. One pair, real-time sync, English and Russian, no ads, no tracking.
Jarly is free. No ads, no paywall — a jar of warmth shouldn't cost anything.
