RVACH: Football Predictions — Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you and PYF App ("we", "us"), the developer of the RVACH: Football Predictions mobile app ("RVACH", the "app"). By installing or using RVACH you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What RVACH is

RVACH is a free football prediction game. You predict the score of real matches, earn points for accuracy, compete on global leaderboards and in private leagues with friends, unlock achievement cards and track your stats.

RVACH is not a bookmaker or a gambling service. There is no real-money betting, no prizes with monetary value, no ads and no paid features. Points, cards, awards and leaderboard positions are game elements with no monetary value; they cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred.

2. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use RVACH. If the laws of your country require a higher age for independent consent to data processing (for example up to 16 in some EEA countries), that age applies. If you are younger, use the app only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

• An account is required to play: sign up with email and password, or sign in with Google or Apple.
• Provide accurate information and do not share access to your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person — one account. Creating extra accounts to inflate leaderboards or bypass restrictions is prohibited.
• You can delete your account at any time directly in the app (Profile → Security → Delete account) or by emailing rvach.support@gmail.com. Deletion permanently erases your profile, predictions, stats and achievements; they cannot be restored.

4. Your content

In RVACH you choose a display name, may upload an avatar, pick a favorite team and create leagues with custom names.

• By submitting content you confirm you have the rights to it and allow us to display it to other users inside the app (your name and avatar appear on leaderboards, in leagues and on your profile).
• Content that is offensive, discriminatory, pornographic, infringes anyone's rights (including impersonating another person) or violates the law is prohibited.
• We may remove or change an inappropriate name, avatar or league name, and for repeated or serious violations restrict or delete an account.
• To report inappropriate content or behavior of another user, email rvach.support@gmail.com — we review reports and act within a reasonable time.

5. Fair play

You must not:

• use bots, scripts or any automated access to the app or its data;
• exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain points, achievements or leaderboard positions (please report bugs to us instead);
• interfere with the operation of the service, its servers or other users;
• decompile or modify the app, or create derivative works from it, except where expressly permitted by law.

If you break these rules we may void unfairly earned points and achievements, adjust leaderboards, or restrict or delete your account.

6. Leagues and invite codes

A league creator receives a 6-digit code and an invite link. Anyone with the code can join the league — you decide who to share it with and are responsible for where you publish it. League members see each other's names, avatars and points, and each other's predictions once a match has kicked off.

7. Points and leaderboards

Scoring rules are described in the app (essentially: points for an exact score, for the correct outcome, and bonuses — e.g. for goal difference and for a team advancing in the knockout stage). We may refine the scoring rules for future matches and tournaments.

Match results come from third-party data providers and are sometimes corrected (disallowed goals, technical results, post-match adjustments). We may recalculate points and leaderboards to match official results. We make the final call in scoring disputes and aim to keep the game fair for everyone.

8. Match data and trademarks

Fixtures, line-ups, scores and match statistics are provided by third-party data sources (including football-data.org). We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

Tournament, team and club names and player names are used solely to identify matches. RVACH is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA, UEFA, national federations, leagues or clubs. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its design, texts and the artwork of achievement cards and awards belong to PYF App. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RVACH as intended. You may not copy or distribute the app's materials outside of it without our permission.

10. Free of charge

RVACH is currently completely free: no ads, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions. We may add optional paid features in the future — we will announce them in advance, and nothing will be charged retroactively.

11. Notifications

The app may send push notifications (for example, kick-off and result alerts). You can turn them off at any time in the app or system settings.

12. Availability and changes to the service

RVACH is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may change, suspend or discontinue individual features or the entire app. We will try to give advance notice of significant changes in the app or on the website.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, or the consequences of inaccuracies in match data or scoring. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country.

14. Termination

You may stop using RVACH at any time by deleting your account and the app. We may suspend or delete an account that violates these Terms; for serious violations, without prior notice.

15. App stores

The app is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play. For copies installed from the App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement additionally applies. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to provide support for the app.

16. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. It forms part of these Terms.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version is published on this page with an updated date; we will additionally announce significant changes in the app. By continuing to use RVACH after changes take effect, you accept the new version.
